Long story short, Ed's getting booted from Hopkins. Medical assistance status is "pending" which translates into no service/goods providers are going to accept that he has insurance until the state updates his status to "active" - which will take at least another week or more.

So - we need a hospital bed, now. Between his bypass and screwed up knee, the only way we can safely get him in and out of bed is if it can be raised and lowered.

Darling Wife is trying to work her magic every government/charity/other avenue possible. I'm tossing this out here to try and open whatever doors I can.

What we need:
Hospital bed. Manual or electric. Free, loaner, or cheap cheap cheap.
Walker. Tall enough for a 6' guy.

Where: Frederick MD. We'll drive where ever we have to (within a couple hours? more?) to pick up.
