Yes Mike you certainly did help!If I had taken car to shop and had chain rolled in the engine would not have lasted long as right side lower rail was very ragged as the bolts holding it had backed out to the point of touching the back side of front cover and rail was very worn.

By taking front cover off I was able to change,tensioner, all rails,T chain, oil pump chain and it's rail front seal and all gaskets.

To prime pump I had to take lower pan back off remove oil pump from chain sprocket then fill top of pump with oil and carefully replace,instant oil pressure.I also replaced the bottom rubber piece and screen of oil pump with the newer style 48 mm as I had the old style 34mm and now have double the oil pressure at idle that I had before.......
