Checking the resistance of the front Left and Right sensors showed approximately a similar reading, however the left wheel showed a very low voltage being generated as compared to the right one, the wheels spun by hand .
On removing the sensor it showed the tip ends to be slightly bend ,i carefully straightened the tips to the horizontal position of the right sensor and the ABS was back to normal operation.

I have this exact issue with my 190d. Could you go more into detail as to how you did the readings?
Initially, I thought that my brake lines were swollen and causing an uneven braking pattern but I think you just solved it.
