I have a torque wrench calibrator, which weighs about 250 lbs. It's a set of weights and fulcrums that you set and then double check either the beam or the click type wrench to activate at the correct weight.

I used to repair them as a side job.

Just take your TW to a shop and get it checked, it can't be more tha n a few bucks, the adjustment on those is usually on the bottom.
