I ran into a fellow at the copy shop one day who had some section 8 housing. He was complaining fairly loudly about how the tenants were a pain in the kiester etc. going on and on about it. Finally I asked him if he had the opportunity to buy some more apartment buildings with section 8 tenants already in place and he said yes.

Case closed.

It must be a good deal for landlords. You have people with low income in your property but the rent always gets paid.

As a landlord you have two main concerns. All others fade.
1. They pay the rent on time.
2. They don't tear the place up.
