I just got the car a week ago and it was hard to start when cool outside. I finally found out about checking the OVP fuse, which also made the ABS light go out. Car starts great now. I just changed plugs, wires ,distributor,and rotor. Before i replaced the fuse the car idled around 600 rpm or so. Since i replaced the blown fuse, it idles around 1700 rpm. I drove the car for 15 minutes this morning giving it plenty of time to warm up but it still idles high. When i remove the fuse the car idles fine but is hard to start and replace fuse, starts easy but idles high again. Any ideas?
