hi, i've got an '85 euro 16 valve, and suddenly both of the fans are always running. the electric fan in front of the radiator goes on the moment i turn the key, and the main fan behind the radiator locks into place as well, and turns as soon as i start the engine. (perhaps the main fan always did this, and i didn't notice it before, but i sort of thought it only engaged when the engine got hot). normally, i think the smaller electric fan in front only went on when i turned on the a/c, and perhaps also when the engine got too hot.

so i'm confused, and sadly underinformed about my car. hope you guys can help me. thanks, randy
