The OVP is meant to literally fall on the grenade so to speak when electrical shorts/surges occur. So if the OVP fuse was blown, there is a good chance the OVP is bad too! Replace the entire relay.

Very correct , inside the OVP you will find that the zener diode joint has melted solder ,sometimes repairable .
