they probably cut it so the alarm module doesn't get confused. they wired it in such a way that the module has total control over the locking pump. |
That'll be great if you could do that for me, thanks so much. 3 days is fine, I won't be working on the car until parts come in anyways.
I am sure they cut it so it doesn't interfere as well. I'm not sure why they didn't just disconnect it. I will be doing my door lock actuator probably this coming Friday or Saturday, I will try to find out where the plug goes into, hopefully the connector is there so if I need to, I can just re-wire it.
