vacuum leak, I want to isolate door locks
Hello,
I thought I was pretty familar with my vacuum system, then I blew out the drivers door vacuum locking accuator or check valve, and now I am totally lost.
Anyhow, can I plug all of the cabin vacuum lines and be able to shut down the engine, have the tranny shift correctly, and still have the rest of the vacuum system function properly?
Let me know on that, my 85 wagon just hit 300000 miles, and I am in Wisco so tons of rust, and the body/suspension is rotting out to dangerous levels, so I am getting a new wagon hopefully this summer, so I am just wanting to minimize any expenses at this point, otherwise I might just fix it.
