The Governor has shown himself to be a dishonest bully. His overreaching is so obvious that even people who don't have time to learn the details of the budget issues in Wisconsin can see that he is not being fair. Nobody likes a bully.

I think that prank phone call is a big deal. It was incredibly foolish for him to say that he had no intention of negotiating with the AWOL democrats and that his only reason for getting them to come back was to trick them into making a quorum.
