In any business deal you don't get what you pay for. You get what you bargain for. Then you sign a contract so each side will know what is expected from the other.

Republicans are working hard to kill all bargaining by not just state employees but ALL employees.

This is because Republicans are lousy business people who have no clue as to how to motivate anyone except by fear. Republicans, unwilling to live up to contracts they have signed, are trying to Weasel out of them by claiming that Unions have gotten the better of them and, without the total destruction of the Unions, they have no clue as to how to run a business.

Could there be any other reason for Walker's behavior?
