I had the best stopping power with Jurids on my 300E. Some of the guys recommend a brand that Mercedes used on the original and is still available but it escapes me right now (I'll try those next). I put new rotors and Akebono brakes on my front last time but still no comparison to the Jurid brakes after seating and wearing in.
