Hello Everyone,

My '85 w123 300D Euro Import is having a heating problem.

The two center vents blow the SAME temp air as outside, never warm air.

The one vent for the driver and the second vent for the passenger blow slightly warmer than outside temperate air. They will blow mildly warm air if the car has warmed up for a long time.

Presently, the car can't really get warm because of the cold air from the center vents and only mild air from the other two vents.

What gives?

Thermostat?
Heater circulation pump?
heater control valve?

Hoping to get some ideas of what I may need to fix or adjust since it's too cold to drive the car without heat.
