FYI - 30 minute job, easy.
Three screws to remove third seat, pull a few of the carpet clips, pull back to reveal plastic cover. Remove cover with fingers, unplug unit, then unscrew unit with giant socket (46mm?). Pull out unit and put the new one in... Put all back together and voila!
