Hey everyone!

I was involved in an accident with my 1991 300E approx. 7 weeks ago that deployed the driver's airbag. The force broke my hand.
I've gotten a new steering wheel with airbag but now i need to know if the control unit needs to be replaced or can it be reprogrammed. The belt tensioner system is fine.
