I might be off, but I think you can use those parts. On my 300td swap i first used a 240d's flywheel and now a year later i'm putting in a 5 speed getrag and i got a 300d manual flywheel. These flywheels are much different in weight (8lbs or so) and the 300d has a deeper recess into the flywheel. But i reused the same clutch parts for both.

i did have the fw's machined at the local shop and the parts handy to test fit in too.
