Pricing is local, but here in DFW that asking price would be high by about $1K. And as Tim says, that's full book, so the car needs to be very clean and well cared for - all services complete, good matching tires, etc.
I recently passed on a couple of 2006 wagons while shopping. I just couldn't rationalize spending in the $20s on a car that might need the balance shaft repair (about $5K) and also has SBC brakes. If you really want a wagon, it makes more sense to buy a 2008 model after the balance shaft problem was removed and after the SBC brakes were removed.
