the biggest hurdles are the fan, the valve cover and the exhaust. they're off, so all you have to do is run 2 head bolts into the block and jack it up. you should have a tool that sits between the fenders and pulls on the motor, that's the easiest. it's got to come about about 4 inches. mbdoc told me years ago, loosen the mounts and wedge 4x4s to keep it high enough to get the last part of the pan out. trying it with a floor jack? no clue as to how to do it. good luck, chuck.
