You get a bunch of gaskets, new idle adjust screw, new inlet valve, new accelerator pump, lots of o-rings. A lot of the stuff is for the secondary vacuum assembly. You do get manifold gaskets.
It looks more impressive than it really is because there are several types of Zeniths and they sell a universal kit.
Chances are, all you will use are the gaskets and o-rings for the fuel block. Don't mess with what works!
BTW - if your heat risers are not working, make sure they are stuck in the closed - hot position. If they stick in the open - cold position, the heat from the exhaust manifold will warp the carbs if it hasn't already.
