No I didn't change the date stamp after I changed the batteries.

No the arm didnt come with bolts I am reusing the originals, but the original bolt where the rings are wont go throw the arm. This is where it connects to the hub.
The arm is the control arm stay. The bushings on both sides were shot so I ordered the whole arm instead of the bushings. Now I am not to sure I did the right thing.
