check the 30 amp blower fuse strip outside the fuse box - its probably blown or cracked. Mine did that too - I replaced it worked without missing a beat ever since. - But I cannot see how the SRS unit is tied with blower operation, unless it shares something with the OVP (which I doubt) or some other fuse in the fuse box
