Potentially about to buy a vehicle with a current North Carolina registration. Its a 1991 Chevy van.
Im trying to figure out what the rules are in NC for vehicle titles, would this van have a title? or does NC not require titles after 10 years and not have issued one?
My intention is to immediately sell this van since it comes as an outrider on a bunch of parts ive been trying to get my hands on, so I have to buy it to get those parts, but I can't sell it easily in NY or CT without a title, so hence, the dilemma.
