Ok, what I did was this... Imagine the belt being completely flipped around on pully 8, so the belt was in extra tension....... I loosened bolt 59 and nut 68 as well as two other mounting bolts. Which made the pump pull away from the part #20. Result was that there was major pressure on part #77...

Will need part 77. What does it attach to, if anything? Or does it slide up and down in the channel, allowing adjustment in tension?

Did not take pump completely off, I just tried to tension the belt and remount...
