I'm helping my brother. He has a 1995 E320 wagon M104 code45 on pin8 and code11 on pin14. Car is on "limp-home" mode, won't go over 1500rpm. We reset the codes on both pins but still "limp-home" mode, codes comes back right away.

Where do i start? Please Help!
