The results of troubleshooting.
Soaked switch with contact cleaner- nothing
pulled console out switched LR-LF result was front switch with rear wiring on it worked rear window.
Rear switch with Front wiring on it nothing.

Held the up switch down wiggled wires going to and from door, opened and closed door, Nothing.

At this point I have to say the regulator(Lift motor) is shot.
