I can't remember if the seal on the oil filler cap can be changed, or whether you have to buy a whole new cap. In either event, if you have that little blowby, it's the seal that's the issue and not the wear in the motor. Fix the seal issue and don't worry about the rest right now.

If you notice the blowby is noticeably worse in, say, a month or two, then possibly you have an internal issue and you might want to try one of the suggestions for a compression test, a leakdown test, or taking a shot at freeing up rings.

But frankly it sounds like a non-issue to me. Relax and enjoy
