Hi Barry. I had already replaced the tumbler with a new one. That part was easy. It was when I had the new tumbler installed and turned it back to 0 to start the car the key would not move from 0 position. In the past two days I have tried every trick mentioned on this board to turn the key. No go.
This problem is different from a worn tumbler.
