Are the individuals not worried about their safety
? Where are the seat belts? Wonder if the air bags are operable? Where are the ambulance chasing lawyers?
It is a shame the US gov't won't take note and realize that cars can be operated safely without these devices that add weight and cost to vehicles. For my everyday automotive needs I can get by with a four wheeler but I can't legally go into town with it. It goes a long way on a gallon of fuel.
