Thank you to everyone who posted suggestions. The "stars aligned today". The local MB dealer had a relay listed for my car which he could only say what it wasn't for. "It's not the fuel pump relay, so it must be the one you need". Luckily, he was right. I got it in and now both windows work again. I just wish it was easier getting that kick panel out.
