We had a blue one for a short while back in '04 when my late MIL bought a new Civic. It was a great little car, had just over 59k miles, excellent in the snow, auto, manual everything else and ice cold AC. It was dealer serviced for 20 years! For some reason, just over a month after having the rust properly repaired and painted, it decided to fuse the internal components into a solid block. Near as I can tell the oil pump crapped the bed at highway speed and the idiot lights lit up it just as it started making evil noises you never want coming from under your hood.

I just didn't have the time, room or money to source another engine for it so I sent it onto it's next owner who did just that.
I've been kinda keeping an eye out for another one as a runabout car.
I don't think there's anything wrong with that, which might indicate there is.
