just a thought....

even though fuses may look good, not blown, they may not be making good contact (been there) doesn't hurt to pull them and examine them for little ring indentations where they seat in the fuse box, usually if you see those, they may not be making good contact anymore, either clean them up with some sandpaper/emory cloth or just replace them and be sure. just a thought based on some frustrating experience....
