I think we see these days an extension of "its nice to be important, but more important to be nice"

In your case tyler, they probably see you as a nice , decent & honest person & they are 'scared' of upsetting you as you have been decent to them.
There are just too many tire kickers out there, nothing to do on the w/e? Go looking at cars that you may never be able to afford to own.

Over time one starts to be able to see the time wasters more & more accurately.

Many of us believe the deal is not done until the funds are cleared & in the bank.
