I've stopped advertising my cars on forums after I saw some people advertise pretty nice cars here and then saw people with big mouths and empty pockets trash talk them,

Craigslist for the most part, is not much better. You get a lot of people asking for pictures of one thing or another, you go through the effort to give give them what they asked for, then you hear nothing.

A couple of tricks that i've learned is to give as much detail as possible and not to bother leaving your Email address or a means for people to Email you.

Serious buyers call about a car and after a few calls, you'll very quickly be able spot the time wasters and move them along.
