I'm with ya 100%, there. Just drives me nuts when people let prejudice and bigotry get in the way of the music. Leave the BS out of it and let the music speak for itself, fer cryin' out loud! Isn't music the universal language?
There's a local band here that is just completely off the wall! You'll have to forgive my computer ignorance, but I haven't figured out how to post a link. But the name of the band is 'Larry And His Flask'. If anyone is curious enough, you can check 'em out on Youtube, and try to figure out just What the hell to call their particular genre! I think they are great and may have a shot at the big time. Refreshingly different!
