I am seriously contmplating relocating to there.

Looking to buy a place in ENCINITAS, about a mile iland from the beach, and 20 mies north of San Diego, on the coast, just up from Cardiff-on-the-Sea and Solana Beach.

It is like Carmel but with out the touists

And about 75* 80* weather, al year long.

About perfect.
