I've been there a few times, most recently in '09 for a couple of long ADT's in Coronado (work IOW). I will admit a considerable fondness for the place, but the cost of living it outrageous and then there's the matter of it being located in California and subject to the silliness of California law. In summary: Awesome place to visit, but I wouldn't want to live there.
