I would suggest you do not pull off any of the leads and certainly dont remove any of the plugs. I think you ought to dry the engine using a dry towel or cloth on and around the cylinder head area paying particular attention to the plug leads and caps. Why not then leave the engine to dry out on it's own, you will be lucky if the weather is warm where you are at the moment. Once the outside has dried off, then give it a try. Bear in mind that a warm engine will help dry off all the excess moisture. Don't forget to fix the cap either !
