Okay, I took off the door panel. And this is what I found. The motor is in perfect condition. Everything moves nicely. There seems to be a piece that must have disconnected or broken off. Or possibly the regulator arm may have derailed. I'm not sure what could be the problem. Does anybody have a diagram I can see?
