I'm inclined to agree with this, given that you're starting from scratch, dropping 5-10k on a tool box may not be feasible. The local hardware stores or Costco will sell you a tool box from between $400 - $1000. If I was in your position, i would start with one of these and move onto a $10,000 unit once I've established myself. You're going to have to spend a lot of money on the tools themselves. I would think that the storage would be secondary.
