fuel pressure is very important, especially with a hot start. throwing parts at it won't fix it until you have some reason to. it could be, and these are suggestions, not repairs, nor would i suggest USED parts in this case, the pressure regulator and/or fuel accumulator. any drop in pressure will cause a hard hot start and these COULD be the culprits. the rich run feel could be extra fuel in the intake from either the injectors and/or the fuel distributor. there should be no fuel in the intake while the engine is off.

the eha will not cause either of these problems. good luck, chuck.
