I've never had any issues with cops, especially when I was a dumb kid pushing my luck. Open exhaust/headers, smoke shows, running a race car on the street, speeding, etc. Yes, I often got tickets and deservedly so. But I was taught to be respectful so even if the cops weren't pleased with me they were respectful in return. I just don't see where being a ***** to a cop is ever going to work in one's favor.
