I'd be slightly worried about the #3 reading, suggests some HOT water flowing thru the heater core!
Almost 20deg higher than the right side heater core temp sensor.

I'd try pinching off the coolant supply line for the heater.

8 bar of pressure is OK if the engine isn't running, what is that reading with the engine running?
