If this car is a 95 model it is an E320, right? I love mine. Paid $29,000 a year ago with 60k mi and no warranty. Bought at a BMW dealer. Was "marked down" from $39,900. Check NADA, KBB and Edmunds for book values. They're gonig down a bit from a year ago, but you're still in the money at your price, warranty or no warranty. Check for replaced wiring harness in the vehicles records. Check head gasket for leaks near passenger corner of the engine. You can handle most other probs as they arise.
