In the course of replacing the tstat on the SL, I accidentally nudged the radiator fan shroud. it broke at the clip. i decided to drill a little hole in the plastic so I can ziptie it.

the drill bit barely cut in to the plastic and a chunk of it broke off. jeez.

I guess you have expect that from a 25 year old car but what a hassle.
