Upon admission, I recomend a strong dose of Thorazine-once he is doing 'The Shuffle',there should be no need for a straight-jacket.
Now that the client is manageable, and no longer in an agitated state-begins the treatment of 2300cc of liquid Mellarill 4 times per day.
He should be sqaured away after 3 weeks.
At that time its all about installing an implant that administers his regular med dosage.
