Did you add oil to the system after changing the dryer and expansion valve?

If you want to keep the system as is, use Envirosafe or some other hydrocarbon, they mix well with mineral oil in the R12 systems.

Do a search !!

Pesuazo: Yes, I took the system apart, flushed each component, replaced the dryer and e-valve, Changed measured and added oil, and pulled a vacuum over night. Did you not read my first post?

And yes, I did spend time searching, as I always do before I ask a question. If the answer was posted before, I just missed it, and I apologize for any inconvenience that has caused to those that responded.

Another user pm'd me my answer last night, 38.8 OZ, that's really all I needed, I know what my problem is now. Thank you Mr Dalton.
