The whole thing has fittings like these. I've never fooled with them before...
Kind of weird that the "bubble" on the aluminum tube doesn't fit into the counterbore where the O-ring fits. all the fittings on the condenser, drier, etc are like this.
Strange to me to me... Seems like it would leak?
