I've had mine off of my 87 124 for years. Once you get over all the power you'll have, there is no difference in fuel mileage. Mine smoked a little on takeoff, but I've learned to feather the accellerator to keep that from happening.
You will be amazed at the power that 603 has down low once you take the ALDA off...
