I was fortunate enough to find a fellow where I live that just does Mercedes Benz transmissions. I took mine out and he said everything else was great and just replaced the friction discs ($60 in parts) and teflon seal and it feels like brand new ($400 in labor though and could probably have done myself if I wasn't afraid).
